“Lebedevo” farm

Minsk region, Molodechno area, Moroski village. “Moroski” farm for 800 heads of milking cattle with 12 “Astronaut A3 Next” milking robots.

“Moroski” milking farm

In December 2011, “Biocom Technology” installed 12 “Astronaut A3 Next” robots. Our company also supplied and installed the following:

  • Concentrate feed supply system;
  • System for washing of central manure channels and pumping manure into the silo;
  • Microclimate system: “Isocell” transparent heat-insulated curtains, automatically-driven light-aeration roof comb;
  • Equipment for milk cooling and storage: 2 “Nautilus” milk cooling tanks, 10000-liter volume;
  • Rubber flooring: for slatted floors and “Pavicow” stall mats;
  • 6 active and 6 passive cow brushes;
  • Scraper installation;
  • 4 silos for concentrate fed supply to the robots, 12 m3 volume;
  • “AgriLed Red” day and night lighting system;
  • Water feeding system: 20 tiltable heated drinkers;
  • 4 “Cosmix” concentrate feeders.
