National park “Prypyatski”
Gomel region, Pertikov area, Lyaskovichi village. “Lyaskovichi” milking farm for 420 heads of milking cattle with 6 “Astronaut A3 Next” milking robots.
“Lyaskovichi” milking farm
In August 2011, “Biocom Technology” Ltd. installed 6 “Astronaut A3 Next” robots. Our company also supplied and installed the following:
- Concentrate feed supply system;
- Manure removal and storage system: 2 glass-fused-to-steel silos with a volume of 4900m3;
- System for washing of central manure channels and manure pumping into the manure silo;
- Microclimate system: “Isocell” transparent insulation curtains, 6 HVLS fans, automatically-driven light-aeration roof comb;
- Equipment for milk cooling and storage: 2 “Pro-Inox” milk-cooling tanks, 5000 liter volume. 2 colostrum-cooling tanks, 300 l volume, as well as a recuperator and milk pre-cooler.
- Rubber flooring: slatted floors and “Agriflex” stall mats;
- 6 active and 6 passive cow brushes;
- Hoof-treatment crush;
- 2 bunkers with a 15m3 volume for supply of concentrate feed to milking robots;
- Water feeding system: 16 heated tiltable drinkers.
