APC “Progress-Vertelishki”

Grodno area, Zhytomlia village. “Batorovka” milking farm for 1100 heads of milking cattle. One of the largest milking farms on Europe with robotic milking and 16 “Astronaut A3” milking robots.

Launch of the farm took place in April 2010. 16 “Astronaut A3” robots have been installed in two barns. Our company carried out the installation, delivery and installation of:

• Concentrate feeding systems;
• Manure removal and storage systems, glass-fused-to-steel manure storage tanks;
• Microclimate systems: transparent heat-insulated “Isocell” curtains, 12 HVLS fans, 2 light aeration roof combs;
• Milk storage and cooling equipment: 2 “Nautilus” milk cooling tanks with the volume of 16000 l, 2 freezers for colostrum, 4 milk pre-coolers and 2 recuperators;
• Rubber flooring for scraper alleysm slatted floors and stalls;
• Cow brushes: active and passive, in the amount of 16 units;
• Hoof treatment crush;
• 3 silos with the volume of 15m³ for the feed preparation facility;
• Water feeding system: tiltable drinkers,  ball drinkers;
• 3 automatic calf feeding systems.
